Keepout clearance

Can anyone help, I am fairly new to Altium, I am trying to create a 0,3mm Radius keepout with copper restriction selected, for some reason the software is putting an extra clearance between keepout and copper area, is there a rule somewhere, so the copper will go right up to keepout ?
