Is HyperLynx included in Expedition?

Sorry, I understand the question is not related to this topic, just in case you know the answer.
For my previous design, I exported Altium files to HyperLynx for SI/PI analysis, did the job but not that smooth!
I got news about the release of Expedition 2.13, but HyperLynx itself has not been released; so wondering if HyperLynx is included in PADS or Expedition, any comments or suggestions?
