How to specify PCB Board Thickness and Copper Thickness in Altium?

In Altium where & How to specify PCB Board Thickness and Copper Thickness before taking output gerber file.

You specify the board stack in Design - Layer Stack Manager. However, normally this is not reflected in the gerber files in any way, unless you place a layer stack table on a layer.
