I tryed how to make this cut off but i could not. Could somebody help me how to?

I am not exactly sure what is on the picture. Please could you provide more details or a better picture?

You can try to draw the slots on the mechanical layer which you use for your board profile (defining the shape of the board). Then select the board profile primitives together with the slot primitives and to Design - Board Shape - Define from selected object.
It is good to put a manufacturing note mentioning the slots.
