length matching starts at wrong value

within pair matching starts at 98mm when the length is shown as 107mm at the left. it simply cannot be 98mm because the pair traces do not diverge that much. i tried deleting and rerouting, restarting and trying again but it starts at 98mm

i tried running drc too

i did it manually and got rid of the tolerance warning but the program still thinks the trace length is 98mm
