PDF3D generates blank PDF

Does anyone know what could be the issue? I tried both ways, in PcbDoc View with File -> Export -> PDF3D or with generating Output Job File like in the image below.I also made sure under Software Extensions in Extensions and Updates the PDF3D Exporter is installed.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.Btw, Happy New Year to everyone in the Community! To a great 2024!

do you use Adobe Reader to view it?

you also may need to enable it - click inside of the empty page and Trust the content

Great to hear back from you Robert. That was it, easy fix 😅 . Yes, I use Adobe Acrobat Reader. Did as you said and it works perfectly. Thanks a lot for your quick reply. Btw, just picked up the Certification you sent me for finishing the course from the post office the other day. After vacation I couldn't pick it up but now since I was not in Germany for one week. I am very thankful for the care you and your team put into the packaging, the quality of the print, and for sending this over. Thank you so much! 😀
