Why graphic image is not visiable in other user altium

I have made mechanical components in sch library of my project in which i have added graphic image its showing at my system and in pdf but not on some other system.why

So the PDF looks good on your system but on another system the PDF is missing the graphics?

do you mean 3D pdf? if yes, you need to click into the empty space and enable it.

Yes the graphics are missing but i solved the issue its due to the formate .i was using jpeg but altium support png.
