Hello, I am designing a STM32 board with SDIO interface, I am wondering if I need this TVS diode to connect with the data buses for the SD card connector here. Many thanks, the TVS diode is CG0402MLU-3.3G. Is this TVS diode suitable? Will it affect the bandwidth?

That depends. What do you want to protect from what?
If it goes directly to the STM32, then yes, I would add them.
The selection diode will not cause a problem on bandwidth. It is only 0.05pF.
