Is it okay to put tracks in between a component?

sure, but it depends on components. check reference designs if there are any notes on if thats allow or now. usually fine for resistors, etc, but some inductors may recommend not doing that

usually I don't route under resistors, capacitors, inductors as it is always possible to avoid it. normally there should be no problem, but in some special cases there could be noise transferred between the component and track.
