Should I still follow the rule in which the distance between Via and polygon pour should be not less than 0.2mm?

The distance between via an polygon should meet or exceed the clearance rules (voltage and fabrication).I mention exceed, as it may be beneficial to increase the clearance sometimes. These can be:- Capacitive coupling.- Thermal thieving when manual soldering.
