+24V logic level change

Hello, I have a +24V input and output signals from sensor and I want to change it to +3V3 signal. Is there any IC that can do it and is bidirectional?

Like a year ago I searched for IC with push-pull output stage that could translate 3V3 logic to 24V and only chip I found was ADG3123. Of course, this option is only unidirectional.I believe simplest way is to use discrete components for bidirectional mosfet voltage level translator.
