EMI/EMC tests and Signal integrity on PCB

What are the tests which needs to be carried out to get PCB EMI/EMC compliance certified? And what are the things to be taken care of routing for EMI/EMC? Also please tell me what the measurements which are required for Signal Integrity?

your question is very wide
I will try some very short answers:
- EMI/EMC tests: you need to visit a special laboratory and they will measure your product and tell you if you meet the requirements. For example, they measure all the frequencies what your product radiate and they check if this radiation is below maximum values.
- It depends on your product. For example if you are designing CPU boards then following high speed design rules will help you to pass the test. But there are many factors what play role - including your product enclosure/housing and grounding.
- I am not sure what exactly you mean, but we normally do not take any specific measurements for signal integrity. You may need some very special equipment for that. If needed, we simulate.
