16-bit address line from the MCIMX6Q5EYM10AC processor goes to the MT41J128M16HA-15E:D TR (SDRAM). Here it is seen that from A0 to A13, these total 14 pins go to the address pin of the SDRAM. But the remaining 2 pins A14 and A15 are added to the M7 and T7 pins of the sdram (MT41J128M16HA-15E:D TR), which are the no connection pins. What causes it here? Although 16 address lines come out of the processor, why are 14 address pins added to the SDRAM? Then what is the function of these two pins (A14 and A15) coming out of the processor? Is the address line of 14 bits used here?
