The Diagram looks like this, its working when the back up battery is not connected but when the back up battery connected its not working

The DS1307 is for 5V operation (4.5...5.5V recommended).Then there is "Power-Fail Voltage (VBAT = 3.0V)" which is ~1.25*Vbat. When your battery is 3.0V, your supply needs to be 3.75V or more (typical). Hence, it does not work when you have the battery installed.

Yes sir, Its working now I have tested it both side I have added voltage divider on backup battery and made it 2.2V and keep the Vcc 3,3V. On the other side I made the Vcc 5V and backup 3V directly from the battery. Both working. Thank you so much.
