Hi,
Earlier in Altium Designer, even when all nets were hidden, the nets of a component used to appear automatically while moving or repositioning that component, which helped me place it in the correct direction.
Now this is not happening anymore.
Even after showing/enabling all nets, the nets still do not appear while moving the component.
I’m not sure which setting or shortcut might have changed.
please help?

Press the "N" key while dragging/moving the component. It changes the "Net Line Connect Mode".
To know shortcuts and other options during actions, you can press the "~" (tilde, and might require shift).

is it for all components or only for components with many pins?

This was happening for all components, but it’s resolved now using this process. Thanks for your support. @Robert Feranec @QDrives
