Hello all I am a 3rd year ee btech student currently working on the pcb design for testing the Tia IC which was tapeout by some phd of clg .The pcb should be able to characterize the Tia(4x4 mm ,0.4mm pitch , QFN 28 pin ) at 5 Ghz So , how should i Proceed in this project I am not getting any meaningful answers from gpt and the phd s of my clg don't have any experience in pcb designing .
