I want to know why this PCIe interface pin PCIE_Vp, PCIE_VPE is given 0 ohm resistor? Besides, why ferrate bead is given on PCIE_VPTX pin? And how is the value of the capacitor set here? Here in the datasheet of MCIMX6Q5EYM10AC, there is no mention of how many ohm resistors are required on the PCIE interface or how many values of capacitors are required. Here, this is an iMX6Rex board

I am sure this was copied from the reference schematic valid at that time when this was created - it was not adjusted by us. I would recommend just to find the most recent reference schematic and use what they have there. But of course, you can always try to measure it and tweak the values. PS: often 0r is used to measure currents, beads can be used to filter low current power supplies https://youtu.be/HaLMjVkKYMw

if i dont know the current or it varies a lot irsnt a inductor better ?

If you do not know the current, then you have a problem to solve!In a sense an inductor is better than a ferrite bead as it is much more clear what the inductance is (and that it is an inductance).The question with ferrite beads and inductors is: what is problem you want to solve. I think that question was also "asked" in the video.
