Crystal Place away from Controller

At the time PCB design what happens crystal is placed away from microcontroller?

It may not work. The circuit around crystal is sensitive to specific parameters e.g. capacitance ... and placing crystal away can influence these parameters. Also unnecessary large crystal circuit can make your board noisier (e.g. you may see it in EMC/EMI results).

@robertferanec thanks....

Ashish,
1. Is there any specific reason for keeping the crystal far from the load micro-controller?
2. Can you provide any specifics of the crystal and the frequency you are using?
Regards.

1. Is there any specific reason for keeping the crystal far from the load micro-controller? just question in my mind if I place crystal far from microcontroller. So it is working or not?
2. Can you provide any specifics of the crystal and the frequency you are using? 8 Mhz /32.768Khz

Ashish,
1. You can simulate and check, provided you know what potential problems may arise during such transmission line design.
2. Clock frequencies are less. Just check the rise time if the crystal is giving a square wave.
