The splitting ground is bad idea for EMI but when you have a medical sensitive signal at super low frequency is enough to separate the sensible components 3 or 4 times the H?

Sensitive circuits (and components) need to be separated far enough from noisy parts.

Yes, they need to be separated from the noisy parts. My question is if is enough only to separate the components or needs to be split the GND. Do you know?
