No kernel, infinite rootwait..

Hello,
I have designed my own SBC based on i.MX6Q with 2GB of DDR3. I am trying to boot Debian on it (kernel 6.4.8, Debian 12), but unfortunately, my board is not booting up. I am stuck with an infinite rootwait. However, I managed to get it to work by changing my bootargs to have the initramfs console. But when I ran "exec /init", Debian did not boot up and no MMC devices were detected...
Does anyone have any ideas on how to finally boot up this board? I suspect it might be a DTS/DTB problem...?
Please find attached my DTS, DTSI, kernel .config, and boot logs (full logs and early printk enabled).
Thank you for your help,
Cécile

do you have the standard dmesg? I have seen boards hang if the thermal error was not fixed

hello, below the dmesg result, from the initramfs.

Hello,
I found this link :
What is the difference between this and the official source from kernel.org? Non free binaries ?
Is this usefull for me?

Hello,
Good news! My board is almost working now. I can reach the Debian login, but my board freezes after a few seconds.
And my ethernet phy isn't detected (mdio problem ?).

It's great it is working now. About PHY problem - it can be anything ... from HW problem to SW problem.
